MARGRETHE – upholstery fabric made from recycled wool
Upholstery fabric Margrethe is woven from recycled wool.
These can be leftover materials from clothing production or other wool products that have been recycled.
Every kilogram of pure new wool produces 9 kg of carbon dioxide. Processing 1 kilogram of recycled wool produces only 0.5 kg of carbon dioxide. Positive environmental impact through reduced water consumption, energy and CO2 impact. Wooly is certified according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
The combination of yarn from recycled clothing in different colors gives the textiles their color tones.
